Session Abstract:
This panel will explore the transformative potential of a key Generative AI framework, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), in optimizing troubleshooting and maintenance processes in multiple industries. We will discuss how integrating large language models with real-time operational data, historical maintenance records, and expert knowledge bases can empower technicians with immediate, contextually relevant insights. The discussion will cover RAG pipeline automation and practical applications, including accelerated diagnostics, predictive failure analysis, and proactive maintenance scheduling, ultimately leading to significant reductions in downtime and improved operational efficiency. Join us to understand how RAG is set to revolutionize maintenance and troubleshooting in complex industrial environments.
