The program elements involve the identification of key business goals, use cases, and technology direction and the creation of a flexible architectural model that guides detailed system of systems engineering and implementation. The guidance framework allows for evolution and change of system elements while preserving important solution system structure and alignment with business strategy.

Howard Kradjel is a senior systems architect with Prometheus Computing, LLC. With more than 20 years of experience in technical and management roles in systems development, technology planning, and security of telecommunications, manufacturing, healthcare, and government solutions, Howard is improving the way in which Internet of Things, Industrial Internet of Things, and Cyber Physical Systems are conceived, constructed and deployed across domains, applications, and industries.
Prior to joining Prometheus Computing Howard delivered systems engineering and design consulting services across industries and held technical and management leadership positions in systems development, strategy and technology at Avaya, Bell Laboratories, and General Electric. Howard earned a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University.
