Mark Relph, is responsible for Business Development and Go-To-Market Strategy for IoT at Amazon Web Services (AWS). He leads a team of Business Development Managers focused on incubating new services, defining go-to-market strategies, working with key customers, and establishing key partnerships. Mark’s 20+ year career includes roles in developer evangelism, marketing, sales, business development, product management and startup engagement. In his four years at AWS, Mark has helped launch services like Lambda (Serverless), Sumerian (AR/VR), and Greengrass (IoT). Outside of Amazon, Mark maintains deep connections to the Canadian technology community and is a charter member of the C100 – an organization dedicated to supporting the success of Canadian startups. When not helping customers, Mark can be found in Whistler snowboarding, wakesurfing on Lake Washington, or playing hockey (like all good Canadians).
