Before joining Sify Technologies Vijay held key Product and Solutions Engineering development and leadership roles at Hewlett Packard where he was part Tandem Non Stop Kernel, Neoview a Data Warehouse SQL Engine development, He was instrumental in defining strategy/roadmap and driving Solution development in technology areas such as Big Data, Media/Telco, Mobile workspace, ARM64, Web and Cloud Solutions leveraging hyper dense server technology such as HP Moonshot servers, HP Converged Infrastructure, pan HP IP like Vertica, Autonomy and ISV partnerships where there were gaps. He is highly experienced in working with partner and ISV eco system in driving innovative solutions.Prasad Adem is a Vice President in HPE Global Sales, leading the Sales and Solutions Engineering (SSE) function within HPE’s Customer Success and Solutions (CSS) organization. He brings deep, hands-on experience across solutions engineering, technical and sales leadership, and global delivery, partnering closely with customers and executives to translate business objectives into scalable, outcome-driven solutions across hybrid cloud, AI, and services. Known for his customer-first mindset and a strong “Yes, we can” culture, Prasad specializes in helping organizations address complex, first-of-a-kind transformation initiatives. He works directly with customers to design innovative solutions and scale them into production-ready, repeatable offerings that deliver practical and sustained business value. A strong advocate for collaboration, Prasad has built and led global teams that work seamlessly with HPE Business Units, Services, Geo Sales, and partners. He has played a key role in advancing HPE’s Composable Solutions, AI Factory at Scale, and Sovereign AI solutions, enabling customers to modernize infrastructure, accelerate AI adoption, and meet regulatory and data-sovereignty requirements. Recognized as a trusted advisor, he bridges strategy and execution across complex transformation programs and is a key driver of HPE’s solutions-selling approach. Prasad holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science, a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, and is a graduate of the Executive Leadership Program at Harvard Business School.
Rao is a co-founder of Aizen and leads enterprise customer engagements, bringing 30+ years of experience as a technologist and entrepreneur designing mission-critical AI, BI, and transaction systems for global enterprises. He previously co-founded Esgyn, an enterprise big data platform, where he led product architecture and strategy as a key executive helping scale the company while serving Fortune 100 customers. Earlier, Rao was a Senior Data Management Architect at Hewlett-Packard, leading workload management architecture for a Massively Parallel Enterprise Data Warehouse platform. His engineering career also includes foundational roles at Compaq and Tandem Computers, pioneers in fault-tolerant and parallel computing. Rao holds an M.S. in Computer Science.
