Shifting gears to spotlight the real issues at hand in the IoT / Tech space as a whole – workforce pipeline; and the up-hill struggle to get the children of tomorrow into Science, Technology, Engineering, and Maths; there is no better organization to lead the STEM effort at the grassroots level, than Girl Scout Network; Jennifer is leading a STEMPledge $100M effort to get 2.5 Million girls into STEM by 2025 nationwide. The IoT Community – Internet of Things Community® is committed to help bridge this gap; as part of our efforts; we were thrilled and honored to host Jennifer Kiehl Bartkowski, CEO of GSNETX GSNETX, at the IoT Slam Live 2019 event, this past June. We caught up with Jennifer, as part of our IoT CoE’s IoT Masterminds series where she shared deep insights to the challenges that face us ahead getting women into STEM pathways unless we get started now, collectively as a community for the betterment of society. Girl Scouts is leading the way; 800,000 mentors bringing IoT to girls. Please like, share, comment & spread the work. WIoTCoE
