Speakers:

SASTyson Echentile is global manager for IoT partner and business development within the IoT Division at SAS. He works with SAS partners to explore the vast data generated by the Internet of Things and collaborates with partners to build and deploy IoT solutions that solve real-life problems across a wide variety of industries including government, manufacturing, agriculture, and energy, and utilities. One of his recent IoT ecosystem collaborations is focused on solving the World’s most frequent and challenging natural disasters, flooding. With strategic partners such as Microsoft and Semtech, Tyson has helped develop a real-time flood prediction solution powered by IoT technologies and advanced analytics that help improve situational awareness around the globe.

Darko Todorovic is the VP of Engineering and Delivery at HTEC Group. He oversees delivery and is responsible for lead conversion, customer onboarding and tech excellence. Before taking on this role, Darko was the group’s head of R&D and the leader of HTEC’s development center in Nis. Darko has a special interest in the application of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Data Science in business digitalization, improving organizational and business process efficiency across industries with a deep specialization in IoT and Robotics. Currently, he is working on his PhD dissertation in Human-Robot Interaction Anticipation with Application in Collaborative Robotics at the University of Nis, where he teaches in the department of Control Systems and also leads the Robotics Laboratory.

Ken Wilson is Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Planning, NEC Corporation of America (NEC). In this role, he oversees Corporate Strategy, New Markets, Digital Marketing and Corporate Communications. He has P&L responsibility for the company’s emerging businesses including Digital Transformation Services and Digital Identity. Ken also serves as Vice President, NEC Foundation, overseeing the company’s extensive philanthropic work. Since joining NEC in 2006, Ken has served in roles of increasing responsibilities including creating the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Strategy departments, driving company-wide cost savings initiatives, and developing multiple strategic investment plans. Ken also led several new market entry and business transformation projects. As part of his current responsibilities, he leads the company’s planning for growth into key markets such as Digital Transformation and Identity Management across multiple verticals including healthcare, federal, state and local governments, and Fintech. As the leader of the NEC Foundation, he directs more than $500K in community outreach in support of STEM Education, Community Wellbeing, and Health and Human Services. With nearly 25 years of experience, Ken is a seasoned corporate strategy and finance executive with proven track record of driving growth, improving profitability and cash flows in high growth and turn around environments. Prior to joining NEC, he held leadership, strategy and finance roles at BellSouth and DynCorp International. Ken holds an MBA from Mercer University Stetson School of Business & Economics and graduated from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

Omkar Barde is a business leader, SME & Solution Architect with more than 22+ years of IT experience with expertise in IoT, Industry4.0, AI, Analytics & Plant of Future. He has worked extensively in Manufacturing, Automotive, Oil & Gas and Life Science companies. He began his career in the Telematics industry as an Entrepreneur and involved in development of 100+ IoT use cases. He has significant experience in End-to-End Product Design, Development & Management.
