Session Abstract:
It has been demonstrated that an Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) metrics program can provide deep insights into manufacturing resulting in improved production throughput, reduced Opex, and increased product quality. Our recent survey data has shown that many companies do not have strong OEE programs in place. Today we will not only discuss the need for OEE but to take it to the next level by automating OEE by using IoT coupled with connectivity to other systems such as your SCADA, MES, and ERP. Join us to learn how IoT and OEE are coming together to help companies better manage asset availability and performance along with product quality.
